I have been to the Pandora Ealing Broadway quite a few times and they are always very helpful and have a copious variety of jewellery to pick from. I was lucky to have been looked after by Ellie and Anina regarding a lost stone in a ring and not only were they able to give me copious guidance on my issue, but went above and beyond to ensure all questions were answered. Would highly recommend this branch and a big thank you to the two ladies who helped me!

Lovely shop very friendly and great customer service. Ellie very polite and attentive a credit to the team. I will be back.

Love how they've treated me. So professional and so helpful. Surprisingly I was there to try and get my birthday's gift. Wishing more jewellery were like them.

I would like to give my heartfelt thanks to the staff at Goldmine especially Debbie and David who went above and beyond to help me have some unique earrings made for my girlfriend. (Which turned out amazing by the way) Its a lovely little shop where you are welcomed by Debbie's warm smile and helpful service. Nothing seemed like too much trouble for them I would highly recommend this jewellers.

I've used this jewellers a few times for watch batteries, to replace a link on a chain and to lengthen a watch strap. Always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. My go-to for all jewellery related items. Unbeknownst to them, I recently found a receipt for a gold chain my late mum bought for me from them in 2010. They will always be my first choice.

Excellent service. Went to replace watch battery and was told that the previous battery which was installed was too big. Hindering the movement of the timepiece. Gentleman kindly rectified the problem with no further ado. Lovely job and would highly recommend this business.

I visited a number of shops in the area to find someone who could adjust my fixoflex watch band and after a chain of referrals around the neighborhood, I ended up at Pan Rings. I received a friendly greeting and excellent, honest service from start to finish. Not only did he manage to adjust my challenging watch band but also told me he would adjust it for me again in the future free of additional charge should I feel the fit wasn't correct. The people here were really lovely and I would definitely go back for any other similar needs.

Bought a ring just before Xmas and asked what my options were if it didn't fit. Very positive response and was told just pop back after the Xmas rush and we will make it fit. Fantastic very happy.
