Fantastic customer service from the team at the Harrogate Specialized shop. As a new customer I have been impressed with their thorough technical knowledge not only about Specialized bikes but all things cycling! A learning experience for me every time I visit the shop. My new bike is superb, matching my cycling ambitions. It fits perfectly. Riding has become even more of a joy! And all down to the care taken by the team to ensure I walked out with the right bike and a happy customer. Fantastic experience over the last 5 years or so of buying bikes and servicing. Each purchase has been a great experience and the guys are very good at bike fitting to the point where you don't have that first ride with adjustments every 30 minutes to get the position right. Servicing is first class. Always very attentive and have rescued me on many occasions. Highly recommend for all budgets and especially servicing.

Collected my new Trek bike today. The assistant - Charlie - did an excellent job of talking me through everything that was required. Charlie's very easy relaxed manner serves him well. He patiently and impartially talked through the pros & cons of additional options without seeking to "upsell" or push for any of these. This is greatly to his credit.

I was delighted with the customer care provided by the Harrogate team with a particular call out to Etienne who took care of the e-bike build and additional spec and tools etc. Provided a great explanation of the bike's attributes and took time to go through the details.
