Fantastic personal experience with Rubie Rae. I am not a creative person so give a very loose description and thoughts on what I wanted for my now fiancé. I got a number of beautiful designs to choose from. I was able to be involved in the selection of the gems and was kept in the loop all the way through. Will hopefully be back for our wedding bands and would highly recommend them to anyone. Lovely little touch when I collected the ring I got the design framed and the attention to detail all the way down to the box is fantastic!

Rubie Rae created my engagement ring and wedding ring. Cannot fault Rubie Rae, the design process was informative and they collaborated with both myself and my husband to ensure the design was exactly what we wanted. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I am very grateful to Rubie Rae for accommodating our rush order on the wedding ring due to a family illness. We knew we were in safe hands and our expectations were exceeded. We hope to use you again in the future!

Excellent service and attention to detail. I had an idea of what I wanted and Melanie (the jeweller) had lots of suggestions which then went forward into the creation of a stunning ring and pendant. We have bought our wedding bands from Fogal and Barnes, and all the staff (but especially Mona) have been incredibly warm, welcoming and helpful. She has offered advice and guided us into what jewellery choices we have and which would be best to suit my engagement ring. We never felt rushed or pressured at any point. I have gone back since to get my engagement ring dipped and polished before the wedding and they have done a quick but wonderful job - it looks like new! You feel like more than just a customer to them and the experience there has been leaps above any other jeweller we have previously visited.

The team at Fogal & Barnes did a fantastic job of re-sizing my engagement ring and helping my partner and I find the perfect wedding rings! They managed to custom make a band to compliment my engagement ring exactly and we couldn't be happier! They were so fast and were absolutely wonderful from start to finish. We Could not recommend Foal and Barnes more highly. The ladies who served us were so welcoming with no expectation or pressure for a sale. Their jewellery was beautiful with so much choice. I was given plenty of time to try on and they gave really thoughtful advice to help me choose my perfect piece.
