Massive thanks to the man on the tills today Monday, on the childrens floor tills, got to the tills n couldn't find my bank card, he was very calming n reassured me to take my time and check all my purse has I was getting really anxious, I found it, but thanked him for his patience, he was a mature staff member who deserves a mention 10/10 from me your a gentleman xxxxx

Hi I would like to recommend staff member Joshua mchugh who kindly assisted me to the till whilst I had a specially designed wheelchair and was queuing in a long till, nobody has ever done that for me in the 30 years of my caring career, I was so grateful for him accommodating me and my disabled student thank you very much Joshua mchugh in harrogate primark.

My favourite primark I have evere gone to it was 3 stories!!!! I couldn't believe it i did buy an outfit for my hols was pretty cheap but nice quality I loved how each floor had certain sections too it overall brill wasn't anything wrong with or anything defo recommend they also had cute sponges and alot of makeup

My visit to Snooty Frox was the most lovely experience. I popped in a day earlier then my appointment as was in the area but Amanda who looked after me couldn't have been more accommodating. She helped me selected several beautiful dresses for my son's wedding. Unbelievably the first one I tried on I fell in love with although I did try all the ones selected. I narrowed it down to two and with the help of Amanda and my husband we all agreed the first one was the one!! I can't thank the lovely Amanda enough for helping me find the perfect dress for my son's wedding. In general terms the shop has a massive selection of dresses in all different colours, shapes and sizes. All the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. I cannot recommend this shop enough. I will add photos of the dress after the wedding. Thank you again Amanda you made finding my dress such a lovely experience.

What a fantastic experience. Kirstie was amazing. Very patient and did not rush choice of dresses to try. Narrowed down to three and yet again, given time to think and also combine with hats and fascinators. Great selection of dresses. Loved the fact that once changing she'd chat to the bride to be but it was my day once I'd put on a dress. Needless to say, I've got THE one.

I was looked after really well today by Tina at this beautiful shop. She listened to what I had to say and worked with me. I couldn't have had more help anywhere. Thank you so much for your help. I think I've found the perfect outfit for my son's wedding. The café upstairs is amazing too!

Lovely coffee, lovely friendly service, bright open light atmosphere, good food for snacks and cakes.very clean.

I rarely go into actual clothes shops but I'm glad I did today. Reasonably priced clothes which looked attractive, airy shopping experience and friendly staff.

Great sales, lots of choice. The only thing I would say is the kids section is cramped, especially if you have a pram and if the shop has a lot of customers init.
