Visited the store today and was very pleasantly surprised. Having read some of the extremely negative reviews, I felt it important to relay my experience. I was rushed for time and easily found a very helpful, friendly and professional assistant. He quickly found what I was looking for and pointed me in the direction of the tills. The assistant on the till was equally friendly and I was in and out of the store with my purchase within twenty minutes. Fantastic customer service. Thank you.

Great shop in Harrogate there's lots to choose from. I went online and found certain items I wanted, but just be aware that the website isn't for local stores it's the main warehouse and they will send to your local store, I ordered something and had it in 3 days. Great service and great choice within the store itself the staff seem pretty sound as well.

Just want to say a thank you to the very helpful lady who advised me about the knee strap. even though they didn’t have the right one she recommended a few places!! Great customer service she’s definitely an asset to the company!! Think her name was marina or karina please pass the message on.

Fantastic service from the guys in Harrogate last week. Great gait analysis, 4 options to try to support my feet, info of local running groups and even a cup of tea. I ended up buying a brand of trainers i had never previously heard of in half a size bigger than I usually go for so I simply never would have found or tried them buying online. Thanks again!

Visited the Harrogate store today as a very newbie runner looking for some shoe advice due to an ankle issue. I had a gait analysis and was helped by super friendly, knowledgeable and encouraging members of staff. Can’t wait to try out the new trainers!

Came in to browse some boots as I find they never last. This is the first outdoor shop where I feel like I've been served by people who don't only know the products but actually use them. This was the best experience I've had purchasing boots - I was told about care techniques, how to make them last longer, hints on lacing them up and advice given on some of the mountains I plan to get up! I highly recommend and suggest asking for Stuart who served me - extremely knowledgeable.
