I have been looking for an e bike for some time. After visiting many shops over a 3 week period I stumbled across Richardsons in Huntingdon. I was greeted by a very helpful chap. I explained my wants and needs to which Adi (I think) listened. No pressure, No pushy sales tactics. Just good advice from a knowledgeable man. I felt at ease after visiting so many shops and either being ignored or smirked at for my lack of knowledge. I took some time and made the purchase days later. I'm not in the habit of leaving reviews (this is my first so I hope it works) but I felt more people should know about this shop and the service I received. I did pop in today to express my gratitude and was saddened to hear Adi was no longer with the company. I hope his replacement is as good as his predecessor.

Fantastic little shop, staff always friendly and helpful. Yes you might pay a little more for things you could buy cheaper online, but the customer service more than makes up for it. Good honest advice, always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you're happy and back on two wheels with minimal fuss. Highly recommended.

Such a lovely shop. Amazing service and very reasonably priced bikes. Guy in the shop was so friendly and knowledgeable. He’s been there for 40 years! We were able to take our new bikes away the same day and will be back in 6 weeks for our free service. Both my son and my daughter were so happy!

Turned up out of the blue as I was struggling to remove a particularly awkward freehub from my son's bike. It needed an unusual size hex key (12mm) and was seized on. The guys in there stopped what they were doing and helped me out straight away and even fitted the replacement part I had with me. Can't rate them highly enough. Thank you Broken Spoke Cycles for supporting your local community!

Repaired brakes of 2 mobility walkers (they can also sort out wheelchair tyres). Very helpful and friendly. Reasonable prices – they had previously changed the cables of one of the walkers to make maintenance cheaper. Definitely recommend.

Took my bike there as both tyres deflated and I needed the peddles changing. They didn’t hesitate to do it there and then & I was on my way in about 10 minutes! Very friendly and extremely helpful. Will definitely be going back should I need to. Many thanks.

My wife and I are e-bike newbies, so therefore had lots of questions, but Jamie took the time to explain all the features on the bikes we were considering, with absolutely no pressure to buy. How refreshing to get good honest, face-to-face customer service with no hard sell from a genuinely knowledgeable, professional and amenable guy. We were able to try out the bikes in the car park, something nigh impossible with most cycle shops. We are absolutely thrilled with the quality of the bikes. Jamie added some additional accessories we wanted, and we were also able to purchase helmets and locks. He then delivered everything for free the very next day. We look forward to clocking up many cycling hours. I cannot recommend Fenland eBikes highly enough and particularly like the reassurance from Jamie that should we have any further questions or queries, we shouldn’t hesitate to ring him. A terrific local business.

Jamie tried to mend my Batribike but unfortunately it wasn’t to be! So I decided to get a new e-bike. Jamie was very helpful. No pressure at all to buy. Explained the difference and options between the cycles available. Decided on one and Jamie delivered it to me the next day. So pleased with it and I am absolutely sure, if needed, that the after service will be just as good.

Very pleased to find Fenland ebikes as purchased 2 bikes online previously but both were slightly too big but rideable. Decided I wanted to bite the bullet and exchange my commute/about town Raleigh for the xtra small version of the same bike which Jamie just happened to have in stock. Booked a test ride to make sure it was the perfect size and then Jamie got it ready and delivered it to my home. Super service, no pressure. Would definitely recommend.
