It is an amazing local company with great customer care. They sell bespoke pieces of furniture that are superb and also a great value for money. Highly recommended team of professionals who always go the extra mile for their existing and new customers.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. I wanted to make adjustments to the large TV unit to allow access to cupboards and drawers for network cables and oversized AV gear. They made these changes for me in advance but spent a lot of time at delivery making it just as I needed. Service over and above - excellent.

Recently I have ordered a range of furniture from Sena for my apartment. The furniture was great fit for the apartment with excellent quality. The customer service was fantastic, especially when helping to decide on the correct furniture and specific measurements necessary. The delivery was fast and on time. One part of the desk was scratched when I received it, however, got replaced within few days. Overall, I recommend Sena for reliable service and excellent quality.

Purchased two sofas from Elphicks and had a brilliant experience from start to finish. Made to feel welcome upon our initial visit and the team were extremely helpful and accommodating. Ordering the sofas was very straight forward and Elphicks communicated efficiently and if anything, exceeded expectations, as the sofas were delivered sooner than anticipated, which was followed by an efficient delivery. Would certainly recommend Elphicks to anyone and I am sure we will be back in the future!
