Excellent service today by Tammy at H.Samuel Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire branch. The chain in my necklace was broken as link had come apart and she managed to fix it for me using her eye glass.I thought it could not be fixed or new chain required. I have been using this branch for years and always received friendly excellent service. Would always highly recommend Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire branch to anyone.

First class service at H. Samuel. Wanted to get my father a watch for his 90th birthday, but he is very particular and has always bought the same style. I rang in advance, they got a choice of watches ready, and we had a successful purchase with a fitted watch. And they honored the on-line discount price. Kindness and friendliness throughout a professional service. Highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful staff. Mary and Wendy spent a long time with me and my partner explaining how sizing works and reassuring me about the size of my fingers. They were friendly, kind and so helpful.

10/10 from start to finish. Keith made our wedding rings and went above and beyond what we could’ve wished for! He created a stunning ring with my Mum’s ashes and I was so glad I could trust him with this special piece. He listened to everything that I wanted and made my dream ring. My fiancés ring has a beautiful personal touch to match my engagement ring, and this was done perfectly. Keith is incredibly talented, we wouldn’t trust anyone else with something so special and are very grateful to have had Deavesons make our wedding rings. Highly recommend and we would never go anywhere else! The entire team are friendly, kind and knowledgable.

Had my fiancée’s engagement ring re-sized here. Was sorted within a few days and was reasonably priced. However, when we got it back it was still a little too large. Went back in to the shop; Keith was very helpful and re-sized the ring again that same morning. A great jewellers that we will definitely use for the wedding rings!!

The service provided by Deavsons is excellent. I have purchased jewellery, had jewellery valued and cleaned. Whatever I needed it was no problem, swift service, knowledgeable staff and Keith was always available to help with any queries on worked required.

The engagement ring I bought hand made from Underwood was absolutely beautiful, my fiancée is in love with it (the most important thing!!). It is such a high quality, well made ring to the exact specs I asked for, for such a great price. We have received so many compliments on the ring. Phil was really helpful in suggesting ideas to improve it and how I could match a wedding ring with the design which I’ll definitely be going back for! I could not rate them higher! Thank you so much for helping me make the engagement such a special moment. I’ll forever be grateful.

I've just picked up my wedding and engagement rings that were dipped and polished and have to say I'm blown away. Not only do they look stunning but the customer service is second to none. Dropped off this morning and they were ready by half 1. Price matched to a high street competitor too. Will highly recommend and will definitely be using again.

Great service received! Popped in this morning to see if it was possible to remove some links from a new watch. Was able to re-size there and then within minutes at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend and use again.
