The team couldn’t have looked after me better. Spent a solid hour or so making sure my bike was right, changing accessories I had ordered incorrectly and generally just answering all of my questions to ensure I was happy. I could have chosen anywhere, but I couldn’t be more pleased than to have come here, because the service is absolutely exceptional !

Chaineys Cycles are a fabulous independent bike shop, with plenty of variety and stock. The staff are friendly and helpful, and ensure you get the service needed. I started using Chaineys Cycles when my local bike shop closed down, and I only wish I used these guys much sooner. 11/10 because they go the extra mile.

Price - Always fair never left felt like I've been over charged. Knowledge - They have serviced my Fat bike, full suspension bike, city bike and also built a custom gravel bike for me. Nothing seems beyond them. Staff - Very friendly they might even make you a cuppa while you wait. Stock - They hold most generic parts and with their contacts in the industry can get the weirdest purple bits quickly. They also stock clothes and accessories so you can try those waterproof trousers on and know they are going to fit.

Had a stem cap that wouldn’t fit my bike. Called the guys and took it straight to the shop, within 5 minutes they’d sorted it for me. Great customer service skills and friendly team. Moved to the area from South Wales and will definitely be my go to place for anything bike related going forward.
