3 Best Mattress Stores in Milton Keynes, UK

We visited the Dreams store in Milton Keynes and on arrival we were greeted by Colin. We explained that we were looking for a new mattress, he was very attentive, listened to our requirements and showed us a couple of mattresses . Whilst testing one he asked if I would like a drink. We had nearly made our choice when he recommended we try the sleepmatch(?) bed. We did and it confirmed our choice. Colin then advised us on a suitable base , which was perfect for our needs. Finally on placing our order he talked us through everything and showed us all the details on screen. All in all Colin was excellent and made our purchase easy and very straightforward. A first class service. Thank you.

Fabulous experience at Dreams. Keith was courteous, kind and patient. He listened to what we wanted and delivered exactly that. Threw is a couple of free pillows as a thank you! A real asset to the Dreams team. Also made me a lovely cup of coffee! Would recommend this store (and Keith) for good old fashioned customer service. Thank you.

We were met by Colin whose customer service skills were second to none! He was informative, helpful and friendly. He encouraged us to use Dreams computerised sleep equipment which took minutes and gave very accurate information. We sat and had a coffee with Colin whilst he was completing the sale the whole experience was enjoyable thank you and we will be back.

DFS Milton Keynes had a nice wide range to choose from. I looked in all the other furniture stores but came back to DFS because they were the only store which had the sofas that ticked all my boxes. The service we received was superb. We were made to feel welcome from when we walked in. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, they were not pushy. Good experience and would definitely recommend.
