I had a problem with my lock out remote on my scott, Steve not only sorted it but repaired it with his own spare parts rather than making me buy a new set of levers..Rare to find in this day and age a company/person who isn't completely profit driven. Took my dual lever hope breaks in to be bleeded. The owner did it for me in about 20 minutes when other shops refused to do it . Cleaned the pistons out and everything did a proper job on my breaks. Made them work like new . Highly recommend.

I had an issue before with my shifting and they put a new cable in for me and sorted my derailleur out and now it shifts and runs for smoothly, took about 2 hours only for £20, impressed.

Absolutely fabulous service at Velosport Cleethorpes. Both Martin and Graham were very helpful in getting me get one of the first Pinarello X7 in Lincolnshire. Unfortunately I did not realise that Velosport are official Pinarello dealers until after I had wasted my time in visiting Pinarello at Manchester, who could not get me a X7 in my size and colour with less than a 12 week delivery window. Martin got me one within 4 weeks. And, threw in a load of extras. They also have some beautiful bikes in stock with great deals. I can confidently recommend them and assure you that you will get not only great customer service, but also a great deal. Thank you Martin and Graham.

Used Velo for a number of years now for general repair and servicing of both my road and gravel bikes. Great service from both Graham and Martin and very knowledgably on repairs for both Shimano and SRAM products to get me back out on the roads and trails without delay. The new shop is very convenient and accessible for dropping bikes off and the coffee isn't too bad either if you are just passing !!
