First time in this shop and very professional before you even get inside IE security is very good ,I took an Item in to have it weighed and the lady was very helpful and I came out happy ,definitely it's own little Gem in River Freshney a Business established over 100 years ago .thankyou.

I have been to Segal's jewellers a couple of times whilst I was on holiday at Grimsby brought a lovely ring and bracelet the first time on my second visit my husband brought me another bracelet lovely people in there and good service would definitely recommend.

I needed a chain for a much loved pendant with need for a bit of adjustment as the feed hole was very small! This was no problem for the lovely ladies at Segal's, who met my needs exactly! Nothing was too much trouble, will definitely recommend coming here, great customer service and price.

1st visit to the store. What a total pleasure shopping there. Emma the assistant who served me absolutely charming.nothing to much trouble for her . With her assistance and product knowledge I ended up with an absolutely beautiful gift for my wife . To say I am pleased would be an understatement. 5 stars across the board. Emma thank you.
