Fantastic service from Ramsdens. We needed a bed quickly as my sister in laws bed had broken. The staff were extremely helpful and arranged for next day delivery. The chaps came first, took the old bed away, and then put the new one up. Couldn't have been more helpful. Thank you to everyone at Ramsdens gold star award.

Thank you to Leslie who served me when I brought a bed for my grandson. Leslie is a lovely lady who took time and care to make sure I was happy with the right bed and mattress. Also they provided great fast delivery by very professional and polite staff. I highly recommend.

A great customer experience, Special thanks to Graham and Ellis for their patience working around our contractors ever changing completion dates during the year long refurbishment of our house following a burst pipe flood. Also to George and John for the first class job they did of laying the Amtico flooring along with the guys and girls in the Carpet and curtains departments who also gave us excellent support and service. We highly recommend this local company to anybody looking for good old fashioned personal customer service. Many Thanks.

Today we had a large sofa - two seater sofa and footstool. The chaps delivering were so careful bringing furniture in to the lounge & friendly thank you. The sofas are fantastic ! My new lounge looks fabulous the colours all blend. Thank you so much for all the help & advice we received when we could not make our minds up because of all the choices in the store. Delivery was quicker than expected which again is a plus.

Would highly recommend if you’re looking for high quality furniture and great service. Lots to choose from. Right from the off, Tim was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy. Everyone we dealt with was equally as professional. The delivery guys were great too, very respectful and friendly and kept us informed re delivery.

We have just bought a three piece suite for our Conservatory. The choice in this shop was excellent and nothing was too much trouble for the staff i looking after us. They certainly went the extra mile. Although during this time dates of delivery could not be given they kept us fully informed of what was happening. I would not hesitate to use this shop again. I would like to thank Tim, Nicola and Karl for their outstanding service, and would highly recommend them.

Very helpful and willing for customers to browse, pleasant environment. We have bought quite a few pieces of furniture from them always very pleased with the service while choosing and delivery is always made easy, no hassle. Definitely recommend a visit.
