Very very good local shop! I had my MTB rear wheel fixed here and also a bottom bracket and so on. Guys are very good and every time I got my bike back in a top working condition. They are really one of the best in Northampton. Thanks many many times.

Fantastic place. Been here for years. Got my first bike here and my daughters first bike and several inbetween. Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. Would not go anywhere else for a bike. Keep up the good work you are doing a brilliant job.

Tucked away on an industrial estate but the access is easy enough by car or bike. The system is really simple to use, just scan the barcode and your locker door just pops open!

I have visited on several occasions but only to collect items from online orders. Easy to access, plenty of parking for both cars and bikes, friendly staff and it's open outside normal working hours.

Super friendly staff. Went above and beyond to help me after I made a mistake.

I bought a bike from hammer ebikes about a year ago, I’ve had little to no problems with my bike so far, the motor is still going strong, the battery does the job perfect, and my controller is still in good shape, can’t really complain about anything! Very fast bike, a lot quicker than I expected and built to a way higher standard than most ebike company’s I’ve come across, The man delivered the bike to me and explained how it worked, and how to use it, which was very helpful, not only that, if you do have any issues with your bike there customer service is very helpful at diagnosing and fixing issues if possible, so your never left in the dark wondering “what’s wrong with my bike” it’s really nice doing business with you guys over at hammer ebikes, like I said, I really have nothing negative to say about the company, 5 stars.

Great communications and buying experience of an excellent solid build quality Hammer ebike. Very good road performance on legal power and thrilling high power performance off road. Very pleased with this great value purchase and many thanks to Ian for his help, advice and excellent after sales customer service and support.

Great e-bike workshop around in Northampton. Ian's e-bike build is really perfect for my needs / Very happy with the product. Can't recommend enough. Bike was available to collect promptly. Very professional & reliable shop. E-Bike comes with it's own manual and a keychain in shape of a hammer.
