We have just completed a purchase at Furniture Village at Riverside, Northampton. We had an excellent experience. The Sales Consultant, Peter was excellent. Very polite, professional, knowledgeable, cheerful and was able to guide us through the huge variety of products they have on offer. He didn't push us into anything and helped us to purchase the right items for our home. We would highly recommend this shop for your furniture needs.

Terry and Tom were super helpful at the riverside Northampton branch, very knowledgable and not at all pushy, let me look in my own time and answered the questions in full depth without expecting a sale! Great price and affordable finance for my dream sofa! Highly recommend!.

Staff very friendly without harassing you like some stores do Peter was great and very informative got a great deal would definitely go back again if needed 5.

Purchased 2 , 3 seater sofa’s and a footstool from the Ellis range. We were helped by Derek, he has good advice and knowledge of the products, he was happy to help with measurements to make sure everything would fit. The furniture came before the given lead time and was delivered ahead of schedule. The furniture was delivered by Jones transport team, the 2 men were great and the furniture was lifted in with care, unpacked, put together and the electric risers checked in a very competent manner. They were kind enough to humour me by slightly moving the sofa’s so the curtains hug properly!!! (It’s a woman thing). All packaging was taken away and the lounge left clean and tidy. I would thoroughly recommend Jones the Furnishers to family, friends and beyond. Thank you

We bought a sofa from another major retailer and after waiting several months it arrived and had 5 different manufacturing faults. After a couple of months of emails and phone calls to the major retailer, we were at a loss as to what to do next. We went to Jones to ask advice. They were extremely helpful and we finally got our money back. We then ordered a different sofa from Jones which was delivered today. We dealt with Darren and Derek who went above and beyond to help us. Their customer service was outstanding and we would highly recommend them and Jones the Furnishers. Jim and his colleague who delivered the sofa were excellent and a credit to Jones.

We recently purchased a sofa, armchair and footstool from Jones the Furnishers. Derek and Ian were most helpful throughout the process, we highly recommend this company.

Very friendly and helpful, spent a lot of time helping us gain the best quality furnishings and the staff were just amazing. Maybe pricey but either the quality you get it’s 100% worth it. Definitely recommend.
