Thank you for an all round amazing experience, I had two wedding rings to be altered in size, my nans and my own. I picked them up around 2 weeks later and my wedding ring was still a little to small, there was no hesitation in them taking it back and resizing for no extra cost. I would highly recommend this Jewellers who seem to have the personal touch you need when handling sentimental jewellery.

The Pandora in Northampton is an excellent place to get your range of Pandora items, especially your Charms. The staff that worked there were amazing, especially Gracie, who was very kind, patient, friendly, respectful, and supportive with me when helping me decide about the Pandora items to get.

I absolutely love this place clean and tidy so much choice to look at and my girlfriend loves the earrings and necklace too love the price and most of all the staff are so friendly and polite and asks u if u need help so I would recommend anyone with partners take them to pandora.

Emmily was a fantastic help, me and my partner came in as a diamond had fallen off the ring. Unfortunately we didn’t have the receipt but she was incredibly patient and helpful, getting us WiFi so we could find the statement on our banking app then tracing this transaction through her till and then instantly replacing the faulty product with no trouble, she is a true asset to your team and a role model for excellence in customer service.
