I met both Jez and Lisa at their store today, and they couldn't do enough for me, not actually purchased yet as I'm waiting on a. quotation, their customer service and personable approach was fantastic, helpful and so much knowledge and advice given, no pressure sale and makes you feel at ease with their friendly nature. I travelled over 2.5 hrs to visit them and it was well worth it, received shoe fitting, saddle fitting, helped with bike sizing, coffees, they simply are amazing, and I cannot wait to hopefully get the bike delivered and get fitted as well. Jez, Lisa thank you again so much and see you soon!

Craig had to carry out some emergency repairs on my touring bike. Nothing was too much trouble.parts were ordered and fitted in a couple of days and now the bike feels great. Communication was brilliant. Craig kept me informed throughout the whole process. I’m now just about to board the ferry to Spain on a weeks long cycling adventure thank you Fish Bikes.

My autistic sons bike broke whilst down on holiday in Dartmouth,I spoke to Craig who was amazingly helpful, he not only had the part we needed but he kindly fitted it on Saturday morning even though he doesn't normally fix bikes then .What an absolute gentleman, If you need a proper bike shop with a top notch chap I would highly recommend.Thanks again Craig.

Great service from this local bike shop run by Simon. Identified and fixed my original issue v quickly. Then Gabriel's eagle eyes spotted I had metal instead of resin brake pads (mistakenly put on by another bike shop). What a contentious young man. 100% recommend Dialled In Bikes for faultless, and above & beyond, service as well as being jolly nice chaps too.

I have recently taken my electric bike to Simon at Dialled-In Bikes, I needed a new brake cable but decided to get my annual bike service at the same time, I always go to Dialled-In bikes for this, new brake cable, new pads and discs, my bike always feels like new when I collect it, a really good, friendly, professional service and I would highly recommend them.

Simon helped us with our son's bike even though the shop was closed, great advice and parts. Thanks to his help the birthday bike gears were all fixed! Thanks again Simon.
