This lovely little jewellers is a gem !! I went in to buy myself some new earrings , the sales lady was lovely, so pleasant and helpful . I did not spend a lot but the customer service was second to none . My purchase was presented so beautifully. I would highly recommend this wonderful shop and their very old fashioned beautiful service .

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Brought jewellery while on holiday which needed alterations all carried out to specifications and posted back gift wrapped beautifully. Would most definitely recommend all jewellery lovers go and visit Doble.

Just brought my brother a watch as a gift from here and the sales lady (can't remember her name) was so helpful and patient as my mum and I deliberated over several different watches. She wasn't pushy and gave us clear information about each watch, whilst being really lovely. Definitely will return for any jewlery/watches I might need in the future. 10/10 customer service and product.

Great service! I got a new necklace for a charm my nan gave me the lady help me put the charm on the necklace and she polished the charm for me.

Very good service & very friendly staff. Brought a watch at a very good price & the lady I dealt with was very helpful & sized my watch for me in store. Overall great service!

I wanted a ring made out of some old rings that didn’t fit anymore. Having made enquiries on various websites, which were too expensive for me, I popped into Torquay Jewellers to see what they could do. I was amazed and so pleased with the result and at a very good price. I now wear my new ring rather than just look at the old ones in my jewellery box The staff, especially Lisa who I saw on my first visit, were very friendly. They all loved the ring that was made for me. Thank you all xx.

While on holiday, my wife came in with a ring stuck on her finger and asked if they could help remove it. Very helpful staff members helped remove the ring saving me a trip to hospital. When asked how much we owed they refused to charge anything as they don't charge to torture people....... ha ha!. Pain free experience. Wonderful shop and staff. Thank you.... Would highly recommend.

Was window shopping, they had some really lovely pieces of jewellery, lots of pre loved pieces that were quite modern. They were super helpful in looking through a whole collection of chains, they allowed me to try on to find the right one. I even got a complementary rose! Lovely shop with lovely staff. Many thanks from one happy customer.
