Today l walked into the Torquay store and was seen by Thomas. I was blown away by how he went above and beyond to help me out with the sofa l wanted and did buy. We need to purchase a mobility chair from a separate seller. He searched every chair in the range to see if there was a small swatch we could take with us to try and get a close colour match there and then (even went into the warehouse to check). As they’ll have a busy weekend coming up, he said l could borrow the main swatch from the store for my sofa to help chose a close colour match. What can l say? I really appreciate his exceptional service to help make my dream lounge come true. Thank you Thomas.

Another very pleasant experience at DFS in Torquay. We had the pleasure of speaking to Darren who was extremely informative and friendly. He found me the idyllic sofa and gave me very useful information on keeping the sofa tidy and well presented. I would highly recommend DFS in Torquay, especially Darren and the friendly team.

This store was great . As soon as we entered, well presented and pleasant employees greeted us. The area inside was great and there was lots of different sofas, rugs, coffee tables etc… The staff here were very good and nice . Everything here was comfy and amazing to me . Although I purchased nothing when I went, 5 Stars.

Just want to say a big thank you to Inspired Rooms Exeter, for the stress-free experience myself and my partner had within the store on the day of purchase. We bought a mattress and an ottoman base and we are so happy with the items as the quality and comfort are amazing. We had just purchased a new house and the rooms were not ready for the items however Inspired Rooms were more than happy to hold onto the items until we were ready to accept them. Cannot thank the staff enough as they were professional and knew what they were talking about. Also, a big thank you to the delivery team as they were professional and very skilled. Would highly recommended and have done already to family and friends.

Very high quality furniture and mattresses, much cheaper than so-called high street furniture shops, love the ottoman I purchased.

Great customer service. Lots of lovely offers on a variety of products. Affordable good quality items. Cafe very reasonable too. Cream tea less than £4!!

Great click and collect service, fast and easy to use. Staff very helpful. Huge car park and spaces are generous. Great layout and has a coffee shop inside too. Online service easy to navigate.

The shop was empty at 18.00 hrs. Great place to browse and has lovely curtains too. We only went in for curtain poles, so a quickish visit.
