Went in yesterday for a bit fit with Suzy an it’s my first time at the store. Amazing welcome, really friendly, couldn’t be of more help. Bike fit was superb and I was made to feel really comfortable an everything was explained so well. The shop itself is such a temptation as you just want to buy everything, really clean, really well layed out an a great range of items. Looking forward to getting the miles on the bike now the fit is complete. 1000% my go to cycle store!

I had a bike fit recently with Suzi and Alex. Really detailed, thorough process and took into account my back surgery history. I was a bit nervous about some of the changes recommended, especially the saddle height going up, but it’s been a revelation in terms of how much more I feel part of the bike when riding. I’d very much recommend the investment to get the most out of your cycling.

Great bike shop ideally located just off the Trans Pennine Trail and the Sankey Valley Greenway. I run a cycling group in Manchester and twice over the last couple of years we’ve experienced problems with bikes whilst out that way & they’ve been simply wonderful in sorting out the issues for us, the last time being just two days ago when the quick release on the seat post snapped on one of our riders bikes and he’d have had a most unpleasant ride back had we not called in. All sorted within a few minutes - can’t recommend highly enough.

I explained via email what issues I was having with my bike. I was asked to bring it in the following morning. I brought the bike in at 9am and Phil said he'd have it sorted by 2 or 3pm. I called back at 3pm, Phil took me through everything he'd checked and what he'd sorted. He even said that if the problem persisted, then to bring it back but otherwise it should be fine. He didn't charge me a thing because it was such a small job. In short, friendly, informative and reliable. When I need an upgrade, I'll definitely be back.

Great experience at DM cycles. Reasonably priced and fixed quickly and expertly. You can turn up with your cycle without an appointment and can pick them up at your convenience. Great service. Support small and local!
