yesterday i experienced the 5* treatment from a salesman called Chra...what a wonderful and very helpful guy he was throughout our visit. Very knowledgeable on all products we were interested in..no sales pressure whatsoever, and nothing too much trouble for him...yes we did make a substantial purchase because he answered everything we needed to know! lovely showroom displaying well made furniture. we dealt with Lauren who was patient, friendly and knowledgeable, and when furniture delivered it was by pleasant delivery team and very well packaged products. so pleased we chose oak furnitureland.

Aaron the sales gentleman was extremely helpful, didn't scare us off like some sales people, made our visit a happy one thanks.

Staff member Harrison was great. He assisted me with getting a rug and - after the initial choice was unavailable (after thorough checks) - he helped me get the second choice after checking multiple places. His customer service was great. More power to him.

Great store and service from the girls in the mattress topper department. Helpful and polite. Well done girls you were really lovely.

Love this store has something for everyone budget ,clean and tidy and the staff was more than helpful.

The company has a purposefully vague and very poor returns offering. I highly recommend you avoid them and their business model. There’s plenty of other ways to buy your sofa, with a much more consumer friendly experience.

The team was very helpful on finding the right sofa for me with a wide range.

Massive choice of sofas at prices to suit all. Great staff, plenty of parking.
