Met Ben today who was super friendly and let me try on my watch of choice. He explained the price match policy and we had a nice chat. He realised I was on a lunch break and had to get home (and that I may not get back to Warrington anytime soon). Anyway, in the evening I was going to buy online from another shop but thought I'd see what they could do. Spoke with the equally friendly and helpful Ed on the phone. And now awaiting my watch tomorrow. Made up beyond belief. Outstanding customer service. Thanks Ben (and also Ed for the assist). Both of you will do well making customers happy like this!

Visited to buy a watch. No hassle at all. Was greeted by a member of staff, if I knew their name I would credit them, viewed the timepiece and it was beautiful. Was offered refreshments on entry and service was quick and stressfree, no pressure and was offered drinks and other things for my daughter. Amazing service and the representative I delt with is a credit to the company 10/10 and will make this my first choice for my next purchase in the future.

The watches and jewellery are lovely with a wide selection to choose from. However, its the customer service that excels here. The staff are very welcoming, very helpful and knowledgeable, and will take as long as it takes to make sure you leave happy.

Hannah has been brilliant with us over the last few days, she has really gone above and beyond to help us. Firstly she was very helpful and understanding with helping my daughter choose her bracelet and charms. Secondly Hannah has been very supportive and professional when we need her help the following day. My daughter is so grateful and happy!

My partner went into the store today to get a charm for her mum. She recieved the best customer service and care I've ever heard of from any company from the staff. Their understanding, empathy and patience was greatly appreciated and my partner will never forget their kindness.

Jane was really helpful and managed to find me a very nice ring for my mums birthday. Whenever I get served by her, she’s always super helpful, friendly, and goes an extra mile.

We were served by Tracey & Debbie, who were very helpful and friendly. We would recommend visiting and using this shop.

Today we went in to get our wedding rings with our two girls. We had a lovely welcoming by Debbie. She was very helpful and made sure the ring and size was right for us. There was colouring sheets and pencils for the girls which they loved. This was lovely as we was able to get sorted whilst they was colouring. Debbie involved the girls which was lovely by giving them a bag for their colouring sheets to take home. Thanks so much Debbie.
