GIANT STORE SHOREHAM REVIEWS

After dealing with multiple bike shops that seemed more interested in charging for unnecessary repairs, I was feeling frustrated and unsure where to turn. Despite knowing my bike was in decent condition, three different shops gave me quotes and recommendations that just didn’t sit right. Quotes that almost make you feel like you need to buy a new bike. Then, I decided to take my Giant bike to the official Giant shop. The difference was immediately clear—they provided a reasonable and very honest assessment, along with a fair labor quote. The team did a fantastic job, and my bike was returned in perfect like new condition. Interestingly it didn't need any of the parts recommended by other shops. It’s refreshing to find a shop that prioritises honesty and quality work over quick money. I now have complete confidence in this shop and will be returning for all my future bike needs.

I recently had a fitting for a new TT bike which Perry looked after for me. The fitting takes around 2 hours and was most detailed. We made decent adjustments making the bike more comfortable which also increased power delivery. My first ride out was a dream and a quick one at that! Highly recommended. Good bunch of guys here and Tim the manager always has time for a chat and advice. Check out their Cadence bike membership plan as well, good savings to be had here.

Peri was very helpful and spent almost 3 hours with me making sure the bike was correctly set up for me. Even helped choosing the best colour combinations for accessories. Very happy and looking forward to riding my new e bike.

TMS BIKES WORTHING REVIEWS

This bike was a gift for my child, and I only bought it for him yesterday. Tonight, he parked it at the bike rack outside the Worthing Pier Ferris Wheel and secured it with a thick bike lock to the railing. Unfortunately, when he returned, the bike had been stolen. He is very upset and heartbroken. If the thief tries to sell the bike, I just want you to be aware of the situation and know that the bike is stolen property. A distinguishing feature of the bike is that one of the two screws in the water bottle holder is broken and stuck inside the screw hole.

This shop offers great service.everytime I have gone here for work on my bikes they have identified the problem and been able to fix it. Their service is very good and they normally have them repaired within a few days. They are reasonably priced and the staff there are always polite and courteous.

I just went to buy a bike - they were really lovely and helpful - didn't try to oversell. I would definitely go back to them again.

What a lovely shop this is. My old bike required a new tyre and inner tube.... I rely on my bike to get me backwards and forwards to everywhere. I called in here to see if they could help me.. It was absolutely no trouble to them and within twenty minutes my old bike had a complete new tyre and inner tube and was ready for me to carry on with my routine transport. The price was so reasonable. The staff never minded my scruffy bike being in their lovely shop amongst all their other beautiful modern new bikes. I love this shop and would not hesitate to ask them to help me again. Well done South Down Bikes.

Was finally persuaded by mates to spend some money on a proper bike service for my trek fuel ex 5 series. Just got it back and it rides really well, nice smooth gear changes and reassuringly firm brakes. Suspension works really well and so far I’m really pleased.

Superb service! Knowledgeable staff, friendly and welcoming - serviced my road bike (de Rosa), while giving it extra care & attention. Would thoroughly recommend.
