Paul Palfrey - sales rep was fantastic - friendly, approachable and took the time to understand our needs - we visited the shop to browse purchasing a new mattress to replace ours. Always tricky to buy a new mattress as they are very unique to individual needs but Paul ensured we had the right fit, support and provided feedback on our choices to help us narrow down to our final purchase. We returned to the store as earlier in the year we had purchased a bed frame and was so impressed With the impartial, professional and experienced advice that it was without a shadow of a doubt that we would happily part with some more hard earned cash with this friendly team. Also important to us as locals to the area to support our local businesses and not the big multiple target focused chains (where we stupidly brought our previous mattress ) cannot wait to take delivery of our new mattress THANK YOU Paul.

I highly recommend this company. At no time did I feel pressured into buying, however, they were on hand to answer my (many!) questions. Their prices are very competitive and the care I received before and after the sale were second to none. Thank you.

Freya was smiling and welcoming with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Clearly enjoys talking to people about Dream products of which she has an in-depth knowledge. I did not feel that I was being pushed into making a purchase but was left to make up my own mind in my own time, feeling free to ask as many questions as I needed to. Purchasing my bed, mattress and pillow was an enjoyable experience and I highly recommend both Dreams and the agent.

Freya was very patient with me and went beyond her knocking off time to accommodate my purchase! Lucy from the Waterlooville was the nicest person I have ever met. She went through all benefits of the products and helped me select one appropriate for me! I am grateful for the patience they both displayed! They were also very knowledgeable of the products on sale.

We were met by Lucy who was friendly, helpful & very patient! We were given advice on the beds we were interested in, the availability & expected delivery times. We did not feel rushed or pressured. Order process was made very easy. Very pleased with the service we received from Lucy - thank you

We saw Luke in Worthing, he was extremely friendly and really informative so enabled us to make a good decision. He was so kind and gave us so much information on different mattresses as that was our first time buying a new one ourselves! He gave us an amazing deal and gave us a good choice on extra products. He wasn’t pushy and gave us plenty of time to try all the beds and choose in our own time..

When I was looking for mattress at Worthing shop they were so helpful the saleman took his time and explained everything to me The mattress has arrived and the two delivery drivers were brilliant took it upstairs Took their shoes off and took all rubbish away I would go back any time thank you Sussex Bed's.Robert.

Justin was super helpful and got everything sorted really quickly and easily for us. We had visited a few bed shops but Justin’s customer services was miles better than others. Delivery was quick and the delivery guys were great.
