We recently purchased two watches from your Worthing store and the assistant Becky could not have been more patient or helpful. Her customer service was exemplary and I would happily seek her out for help with any future purchases.

What a wonderful experience in H Samuel! Tim was so helpful, I needed two ring resized, and Tim couldn’t do enough to help me. The team were able to source the perfect mined diamond and create the ring to my personalised specifications. I’m so grateful to the thoughtful, talented individuals who made this possible. Because of their care and skill, I get to carry a piece of Matt with me always. In a ring he would have approved. The customer service team were understanding of my situation and always on hand to answer any questions; keeping me updated on each stage of the process and when the ring was complete, ahead of schedule. I will forever be grateful to the team.

After looking in the window for a while I decided to go into F.Hinds for some advice. I was greeted by a friendly lady called Amanda who welcomed me and asked me what watch I was after. I suggested a few as I was unsure. Out of the four watches I selected she produced a Boluva watch I did not even notice. Wow, what an eye for style. It was exactly what I needed. Stylish, smart and automatic. I have been browsing online and made many mistakes trying to find a watch, F.Hinds with their knowledgeable staff made it easy. Left a very happy customer.

Having bought a Lifetime Battery Replacement Guarantee from F Hinds in 2021, I took my watch into the shop, was served as soon as I got to the counter, I gave my watch to the Assistant and it was taken away then returned to me within minutes, the battery inserted, the time set to current and I walked out of the shop wearing my functioning watch in less than 10 minutes. I was and am a very happy customer. Thank you F Hinds fir this service.
