Great service from the whole ABC team, so good we are about to use them again. They had a difficult job fitting our shutters due to the lopsidedness of our windows, this however was done expertly and you would never know our windows were uneven. The roller blinds were also fitted with great care and precision. From the lady who took the bookings, to the guy who took the measurements and to the the big tattooed fella who fitted everything, thank you so much for making our new home that bit nicer ! Highly recommended.

From choosing to paying the transaction was very smooth. Salesman took measurements and gave us a price. We then paid half of order and it was placed. A week and a half later they phoned to say the blinds were ready and took final payment. A few days later the fitter came along and fitted the blinds all done in about half an hour. Would certainly recommend Aberdeen Blind Company to any one. Thanks again much appreciated.

I am absolutely delighted with the service provided. Thank you to all the staff for their help and patience with me from choosing the blinds to having them installed. The blinds are beautiful. David, who fitted them, was a charming gentleman. He was polite, friendly and helpful with a tremendous sense of humour which made my morning.

I am so happy with my blinds from Grampian blinds. The guy who came round to measure up and talk about what I wanted was super helpful and helped me decide on colours and the type of blind i would need for a specific room. Once i had ordered, I waited two weeks and a very friendly lovely woman phoned and told me my blinds were ready. I chose a date and a guy came round to fit them all and he did a really good job. They are so beautiful. I would definitely recommend Grampian blinds. Very smooth service and people who work there you feel go above and beyond with customer service and make you feel like they genuinely care.

Grampian blinds were absolutely amazing from start to finish. The young lad that came to measure up was very knowledgeable and thorough he took time to chat with me and explain the different products on offer. The lady on the phone was very down to earth and polite and very friendly speaking with her you feel like you have known her for years, she kept me informed all the way along and was very accommodating with booking my fitting. The man who came to fit the blinds was very friendly chatty and professional he has done a fab job and explained to me how to work the day/night blind, .. this company I would recommend 100% the whole experience was amazing

Firstly appreciated being able to look at choices beforehand on their fab website but Mark & Georgina were still extremely helpful/patient in talking through options when visiting to quote for the job. This is a long overdue review for Mark and Edwards. Truly deserve 5 stars for their service and overall work. I recently had to call Edwards to help fix a problem with one of my blinds. Mark was prompt to come to my place and fix the problem within minutes in addition to help sort out one of my automatic blinds which he had installed. He truly takes pride in his work and is very knowledgeable. Great work Mark and thank you.

I had a really good experience dealing with Mark. From first contact, to helping me make the best recommendation on the blinds' design that perfectly suit the interior design in my property, down to fitting the blinds, it was an excellent service and standards from start to finish. Even after having painters/decorators take out the blinds to paint and decorate, I asked Mark if he would be happy to come back to help me re-connect the blinds back in space, Mark and his partner turned up and got all the blinds reconnected and he told me that I dont have to pay anything extra... I highly recommend Mark, he's a great guy with a good personality, attention to standards and very reliable.
