From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm from Jacqueline to assist me in finding the perfect pieces for my home. Not only were the staff incredibly knowledgeable about their products, but they went above and beyond to ensure that I found exactly what I was looking for. Their patience, attention to detail, and willingness to listen to my preferences made the shopping experience a delight. What truly stood out to me was Jason, Jacquelin & Scotts exceptional customer service. They took the time to answer all of my questions, provided insightful recommendations, and made sure that I felt valued as a customer throughout my entire visit. I left the store feeling confident in my purchase decisions, thanks to the guidance and expertise of these staff members. It's clear that they are passionate about what they do , and their dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. Beautiful shop. Items are expensive but they are high end products. Some bargains to be had during sales. Dog freindly shop, although we carried our shihtzu just in case! Lots of friendly staff and a great place to go for gifts and house inspiration. There is a cafe which we didn't go into. Lovey shop to walk around abd it smells great too! I've posted some Christmas photos because the decorations were beautiful!

Love this place. Service is excellent and the quality of goods is great. Staff super helpful and friendly. Elaine M deserves special mention for being super helpful and friendly.

Staff in the Aberdeen branch were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble and made sure we were completely happy with what we were getting. Our new sofa is amazing quality and was delivered on the day we chose. Really friendly delivery drivers and extra thanks to Graham in store for sorting out two very picky customers.

Visited last week and I love this shop. Couldn't believe how big it is!! Very nice furniture and great quality for good price. Lovely amd kind staff, hello to David and Alana who served us. Ordered some furniture and got great deal, can't wait for it to arrive. Definitely can recommend and will be back.

Good quality- not the cheapest even on sale but these items last.
