Not only were the staff incredibly knowledgeable about their products, but they went above and beyond to ensure that I found exactly what I was looking for. Their patience, attention to detail, and willingness to listen to my preferences made the shopping experience a delight. What truly stood out to me was Jason, Jacquelin & Scotts exceptional customer service. They took the time to answer all of my questions, provided insightful recommendations, and made sure that I felt valued as a customer throughout my entire visit. Beautiful shop. Items are expensive but they are high end products. Some bargains to be had during sales. Dog freindly shop, although we carried our shihtzu just in case! Lots of friendly staff and a great place to go for gifts and house inspiration. There is a cafe which we didn't go into. Lovey shop to walk around abd it smells great too! I've posted some Christmas photos because the decorations were beautiful!
