Visited today with my Mum to sort out a new phone for her, Callum was knowledgable, patient and friendly with her and just made the experience easier all round and I can travel back to my home 300 miles away knowing that she has a functioning phone, thank you Callum.

Fantastic customer service. Have been in 3 times over the last week to sort out all the families phones and contracts . Laurie was extremely helpful explaining everything and getting us the best deal. So nice to have someone that was interested in helping.

Staff very helpful cost a fortune! Just joking great deals on new phones for wife and daughter.

We went to the Vodafone store in Aberdeen today to discuss options for our broadband because our current supplier is being a total nightmare. We spoke to Steven who was very warm and welcoming and sounded very much like he knew what he was talking about. He gave us some excellent advice and, as soon as we are able to, we will be back in store to place an order.

Excellent professional service from Steven. Talked through what I required and advised on what was best for me. Very happy, will use this store again.

Spoke with Steven - fantastic customer service, very swift and professional and even suggested additional ways I could reduce my bill. Excellent all around!

I made a personal request to EE customer care through online. It was a totally different sensitive matter. They handled it very well without any hassle to the customer. Any organization can handle predefined customer matters at the best. But we can rate of the standard of handling customer matters, the way they handle different scenarios at their work.
