My husband and I just happened to pop in without warning to see Moss Croft Country Kennels last week and we got a lovely welcome and tour round. We were very impressed with the accommodation and the outside areas for exercising. It is very well planned out and spotlessly clean and cosy with the under-floor heating. We decided to book our dog Jack in for 3 nights to try it out and we couldn’t have been more pleased. The check-in and welcome was lovely and we felt reassured leaving him. We were delighted to get some texts and photos over the weekend and this put our minds at ease. We have already booked him in again.

Just collected Storm our Alaskan Malamute from Moss Croft who was happy to see me but not that fussed!! It was the first time we had put Storm in kennels as she has a high prey instinct with anything other than humans but the Moss Croft team’s experience and professional approach made it a positive experience for everyone. I can’t recommend them highly enough and will certainly be using them again.

My border collie, Rex has just returned from a Christmas Holiday at Moss Croft and he had a great time! Rex can be a very nervous dog at times and has a lot of allergies but Sarah looked after him so well and kept us up to date with his daily activities. We felt so relaxed with Rex staying at Moss Croft and he looked so happy in every picture. We will definitely be booking him in again for his next holiday!

We would like to say how delighted we have been of your care of Jessie. It is not like leaving her at kennels but leaving her with a friend who will love and look after her. We are very lucky to have found you and would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone looking for kennels or not happy with their existing arrangements. I had always left my dogs with my parents but felt a puppy would be too much for two over eighty year olds (even though they are young at heart). I was very apprehensive about trying kennels - but not any more, you totally put us at ease and I know our treasured Collie is treated as if she is at home. The kennels are spotless, there is plenty of space for exercising and the outside play run is superb. The dogs are all loved and happy. (It is proof when you walk through the kennels and all the dogs wag their tails at Renea and want petting). It is great being able to text you to hear how she is getting on and I loved seeing the couple of videos you had taken of her playing with some of the other dogs in the outside runs. (a great socialising experience). She thoroughly enjoys her visits and has now been 3 times and I have no worries about her long summer vacation. She will have a great time.

Thank you so much for looking after our Beagle (Marley), he came home very happy and relaxed which makes us feel a whole lot better for leaving him. You have lovely kennel facilities for your dogs and are very friendly and loving towards the dogs you take in. I find this a very rare thing to find at kennels. I would like to say a big thank you to you and your staff for taking such good care of our baby boy whilst we were away. I was reluctant to leave Della my GSD rescue dog in kennels so soon after having got her. However, circumstances want that I had to and thankfully I could not have found a better "Home from Home" for her. The owners are genuine "doggy folk" and really go out of their way to make nervous pets feel right at home. Della was treated like one of the family. Would happily recommend Fairways Pet Haven to my family and friends.
