Booked our honeymoon through Ramsay. After having a quote from another travel agent Ramsay was cheaper than them and had added a lot more to our honeymoon. We went in January 24 did a twin centre and a cruise and it all went perfectly. Got free upgrades nearly everywhere we went because Ramsay notified them it was our honeymoon. Can’t recommend enough we will be back to book again!

Never actually visited the shop ,only dealt with staff over the phone, could not be more helpful. Arranged a few holidays with them now and will certainly use them again. Great experience instore which helps when booking, Nick in particular was really helpful on the last occasion. Highly recommended.

I love Ramsey's travel they go out the way to help you very much or over all the years we have been with them with never ever had a problem with them thank you again Ramsey's travel from a holiday for next year yet again much appreciate what you did today.

Recently booked our 3rd holiday with Martyn from TUI Aberdeen. He really does go above and beyond and all with ease. The little details from where to eat and the easiest way to get around. Our first family holiday was super easy thanks to Martyn taking extra time to plan excursions for the kids looking forward to our next holiday. Our city break was amazing he knew our hobbies and put together a package turned into the best holiday ever. Would definitely recommend Martyn to family and friends. He is so well traveled his knowledge is amazing and he is always smiling. Thanks again.

Fantastic customer service from Martyn at the Aberdeen branch. He showed me lots of options to try to get me the best deal for the requirements I had, then made sure to see the process right through to the end, including putting in special requests. He even helped me get checked in when it wasn’t showing we had seats together. Would definitely recommend asking for Martyn to see to all your holiday needs!

The TUI staff are so helpful at this brach but in this instance Emma was absolutely fantastic and really sorted out a very tricky booking change. Can't thank her enough.

Just booked another holiday with Barrhead Travel at union Square Aberdeen with Lauren. This is our 3rd time booking with Lauren and each time she has been very prompt with emails back and forth and extremely patient helping us find our ideal holiday, answering any questions we had and working with us to get it right. Highly recommend.

We booked our first family holiday with Craig after hearing from family about the fantastic service they received from him. He found us a great deal for our family of 5 and everything was so straightforward thanks to him. Great communication and customer service. We will definitely be booking our next holiday through Craig.

The best experience using a travel agent. We booked our cruise through Lisa who was amazing, friendly and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend to others and we’ll definitely be using them again for our next holiday.
