The hotel was very clean and the double room was quite spacious, did not feel constricted like many other hotels in the same price range can feel. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and it exceeded my expectations in every way! The rooms were modern, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The hotel's amenities, including the fitness center and restaurant, were top-notch and convenient. The location was perfect, within walking distance to many local attractions. What really stood out, however, was the exceptional customer service. From check-in to check-out, every interaction was warm and welcoming. I would highly recommed this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. I can't wait to come back.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the hotel to organize a surprise birthday celebration for my spouse. The services provided were of the highest caliber, and the tranquil ambiance contributed to a memorable experience. The management's assistance in executing the surprise was exceptional.

Great place to start exploring Aberdeen from. Friendly helpful staff and the breakfasts are good. Although having the cooked choice before the juice and cereals is a design flaw. I will almost certainly book again whenever I visit.

Dinner was great, much appreciated after a long day of travelling. However, it paled in comparison to the service from the bar staff they were exemplary. I requested a drink that was unfortunately not on the menu, and they were more than happy to cater for me. Hopefully, this will now be added to the drinks menu. Thanks again.

Nice and clean rooms with comfortable beds. Breakfast was good, and service was great. Located right next to the train station, I had trouble with finding the entrance but the entrance is In Union Square, Up the escalators and you should see it on that level I'm the corner.

My husband had booked this hotel for the night as we had travelled all the way from London. And it was such a lovely experience and place. Staff were really nice and location was ideal as it was right next to the shopping centre. Definitely it’s good for a short stay.

My Hubby and I were gifted a seven nights vacation in Aberdeen, in Holiday Inn Express, Chapel Street, Union Road, City centre. Your staff were amazing, services fantastic and the ambience homely and welcoming. Of note were Rachel at the reception, Basant at the Breakfast restaurant, Emilia and Tatiana the dutiful cleaners. All together made our vacation memorable and we look forward to another time in your facility. Weldon and keep it up.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the Holiday Inn Express in the heart of Aberdeen. Room was a nice temperature and clean and comfortable. Check-in was quick and hassle free. The Bar was ok. Breakfast was really rather good for the price. Location wise, it was perfect for city centre bars and restaurants. Generally, the price was very reasonable. I would definitely stay again.

The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff at the reception housekeeping have demonstrated a great sense of respect, customer concern and are ever-so-willing to be of assistance. The breakfast is very sumptuous and a variety.
