I kept driving past this pub on the roundabout and wondered what the food would be like. I'm glad I went as the food was delicious and the drinks were nice also. It has a large dining area, and diners and drinkers can validate their parking for 3 hours FREE on entry. You have a good view of outside and plenty of space indoors. The main menu could do with slightly more choice, but I'd be more than happy to go again and try their desserts.

One of the servers was also a coeliac so was really helpful with the menu options. It's a shame there's not a key on the menu for GF, had to use the dreaded folder but the food was nice.

Staff are friendly and will make you laugh. It's like going to a local you have known for years. Thanks to all of Lorraine and her staff.

Lovely evening for our group of four Christmas Dinner. We arrived early but were shown straight to our table. Our meals were all pre booked so within 10 minutes of sitting down our starters were brought out. Which was Lovely. Two had vegetable soup, tasty. One had Patè, very good and one garlic prawn again very good. We had a bottle of wine between us, Pinot Grigio. Our main course soon followed three with turkey and one beef. We all thoroughly enjoyed our choices all plates cleared. We were rather full at this point and asked if our puddings could be held back a while which the staff were more than happy to do. We'd order two crème brûlèe, two choc cake. Those who chose the brûlèe wished they'd gone for cake but we all enjoyed the desserts and nothing was left. A lovely evening in a lovely spot. We will return and I've told my family about it too. I have since been back twice for the afternoon tea. Excellent value.

Went for a 40th birthday meal. Sunday is mainly catered by a roast dinner, stunning meal, absolutely beautiful. I had beef.

Excellent 3 course lunch with friends. Lovely venue, very picturesque. Highly recommended.

Went to celebrate my parent's anniversary, the staff were really kind and courteous. Made sure to check for allergies and gave us the necessary binder. Food was also amazingly portioned, aka big sizes. Also priced pretty well, had a steak and it was cooked to my perfection , a medium rare and the perfect crimson colour for me. Drinks were great, toilets were nice and clean. Overall atmosphere was amazing. Bit of a long wait for food despite an early evening dinner of 5pm and emptier service that soon picked up at around 7pm. Nevertheless the service and food was worth it. Also appreciate the free parking available, when there's space. Dietary restrictions: Provided an allergy leaflet of all food and drinks prepared.

Great atmosphere, well presented and tasty food, open kitchen is an open plan and you could how hard the chef was working. Our waitress Lajla was very polite and helpful, gave us some read good recommendations, we will definitely be booking for work Christmas do. Great job to the team.

First time I have visited this place with my wife after seeing this premier inn hotel with restaurant being built and of course passing it twice everyday. First class meals and would definitely come back again.
