Monday night cocktail and steak with my daughter. Staff very friendly and helpful as soon as we walked in. We were served attentively by Donna and our steaks cooked to perfection by Di. Will be returning for their current Monday to Wednesday offer which starts at £20 for a steak and cocktail.

Had a great experience today. From start to finish Donna was an exemplary host. The food was all perfectly cooked by Di. Enjoyed everything. Steak and cocktail for £27 is superb value. Will 100% be back again.

I always attend Miller and Carter for their great value lunchtime weekday deal. Great food at a bargain price. Lovely atmosphere and ample parking available.

Very nice steaks, which is what we went for. All the food was good, flavoursome and enjoyable. If you compare to a Miller and carter I found the steaks here much more flavoursome and cheaper, so if you like your steaks put this place on your to do list Not a football fan and that was on every screen you could see. We do plan on returning with more guests next time who also want to try the steaks, that will be in September, so yes all round enjoyable and a return planned.

Went for a family birthday although not a quiet pub the atmosphere was great and the food was amazing and reasonably priced,the service was very good too .would highly recommend.

Haven't been here for a few years due to becoming vegetarian but it is still absolutely fantastic and bought my son to experience the steaks I used to have. The food ,service is impeccable. The chef is seriously well organised and brilliant. Food is served as soon as cooked. Felt welcomed as soon as we walked in. This is the place if you want big steaks cooked to perfection. 32oz and 50oz steaks available .Great atmosphere. Thanks.

We visited here for breakfast as the place we intended to visit was closed, glad it happened! The service was very good, the staff were welcoming, friendly, polite and helpful. The food was tasty and well cooked. The premises were very clean and tidy. The other customers appeared to be very happy and some were regulars. We were very impressed with the prices and will definitely be returning soon.

Nice breakfast with continental buffet as well as the option to order a full range of English breakfast items for a fair price. Particular praise for Lorraine - very pleasant and efficient service. Also noted her hard work and commitment in keeping the outdoor area clear of cigarette waste.

Staying in the premier inn next door and the breakfast is served here. The selection of food and service is great, Lorraine at the breakfasts is brilliant! Really welcoming, great with the kids and on top of the service.
