BILL'S TRAFFORD RESTAURANT REVIEWS

We dined at Bill's around midday on a Monday, the restaurant was semi-busy. At first we were asked to move outside out of the way of the staff and someone would be with us soon. I think a sign in place to tell customers where to wait would be a good idea here as we were unsure how to go about being seated. The waitress who took us to the table was nice and gave us a recommendation on where to sit which was appreciated. FABIOLA took our orders, a very pleasant and warm server, very attentive and always there when we needed someone. Fabiola kept great check on her tables, thanks for the great service. Food was nice, we shared the fruit pancakes and bacon pancakes, lovely presentation and large portions. Our only preference would be more maple syrup or the syrup on the table so it is fresh for each bite.

Outstanding. It's been a few years since I came to bills and it was just as good this time as when I first went. I was quite indecisive and our server Heidi made recommendations that were spot on. She took ques from my statements and knew exactly what I would enjoy the most. Food was outstanding, I had the dumplings, bourbon burger and banoffee sundae. Cannot recommend enough and will not leave it so long to return! 10 out of 10.

SWINGING BRIDGE TABLE TABLE REVIEWS

I visited The Swinging Bridge recently on the off chance. After a long day of travel, the relaxed atmosphere, attention to detail from staff, namely Jordan (I think that was his name), was well worth the visit. I was made to feel welcome, a valued customer and found it easy to unwind and relax. The menu looked good, priced accordingly and varied. Although I didn't eat, what I saw being served looked good and I did overhear other customers stating how nice their food was. Something to bear in mind for future. The pricing of drinks was competitive and what you would expect in the area. I didn't mind paying what I paid for the beers I was drinking. As stated, the atmosphere was good. Overall I would recommend this venue and will visit The Swinging Bridge again when in the area. I hope that praise to (hopefully) Jordan is passed on from my comments here. Thanks for making my visit worthwhile and relaxed. Thumbs up from me.

Was quiet when we went in. Food ok basic but hot. Closes at 9pm on a sunday not sure bout in week. Staff were friendly enough.

Staff friendly and good service. The food was good and just what you would expect from Pub Grub Table Table.

I'm so glad I booked this place for me and my partner. We'll definitely be going again. We went on Saturday at 6pm and booked a dog-friendly table at the front. The decor is lovely, the place is clean and inviting and perfect temperature. I had the beef wellington and my partner had a special of ribeye and eggs with chips. The meat inside the wellington was the most beautiful soft meat I've ever had and my boyfriend said his steak was really nice, it had a smoky flavour. My starter of lamb croquettes was also really nice. Service was wonderful and attentive without being overbearing and everything came out at perfect times. I'd give it 100/10 if I could.

We booked this restaurant for my partners Birthday & really enjoyed the food & service! We started off with a drink called Blond Minx & it was delicious! The Beef wellington was cooked amazing & we enjoyed the sticky toffee pudding together. Very happy with our meal & will return , thank you - Meghan.

Had great meal here. Lovely atmosphere, good service and great tasting food.
