We wandering in here after a walk through Altrincham. Even as new customers we were eagerly attended to and seated quickly. The food was lovely and not overpriced. Diya the server was really helpful and polite. The general atmosphere was friendly even from other customers as a chat about football took place. We would definitely go again.

Our new favourite restaurant! Beautiful food, fabulous staff and such a lovely restaurant to sit in, after always ordering our takeaway from there we decided to actually go and sit in this time, so glad we did, we can't wait to go back! Thank you Gonbay.

Came here for dim sum and thoroughly enjoyed it. Service was good and will definitely be back.

First time at the Fortune House after reading other great reviews and we can confirm it's fab. It was incredibly busy as there was a huge group booked in (Sale Wine Club) which actually created a great buzz and atmosphere. Despite the restaurant being full, the service we received was impeccable - cheerful, friendly and timely. The food was excellent. Thanks for a great evening.

Ive been going to Fortune House for a few years and the food has always been fresh and fantastic. The staff are so kind and approachable. It is by far the best Chinese in the area and will happily recommend to anyone!

I'd like to say that the service was amazing. Fizz helped us and he was extremely sweet, I will 100% come again when I visit England in the future. the food was amazing, everyone was so nice and overall everything was perfect except for the line. we waited about 40 minutes but it was worth it.

Wow I loved the service from Becca and Reece they managed to efficiently make my meal, I asked for sweet and sour chicken and it was the best meal I’ve had in ages! Thanks to Becca and reece best customer service, will come here again soon.

Great service from Nur, told us all about the meal options and advised us on what’s great together. Definitely coming here again.
