The staff here are absolutely amazing and really accommodating. Firstly I ordered my drink and a sandwich and I struggle carrying trays due to a disability, the lovely lady brought it to me at the table. Later on my husband and daughter arrived and ordered drinks. My daughter is Autistic and ordered a drink that she didn't like and was upset. I explained the situation to the girls but didn't mention she was Autistic. Immediately the girls were so kind and helpful and allowed her to swap to a hot chocolate with cream. It's amazing customer service like this that makes people want to come back. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

Arrived through the drive through to be greeted by Victoria, absolutely fantastic customer service upselling asking if I would like to try the new cake or fancy a cookie. What a pleasure to be served by Victoria today. Thank you . The service coffee and food was equally impressive and outstanding. Please thank Victoria x.

A nice Costa Coffee location. Located in White City in Manchester. It makes a pleasant place to visit amongst all the furniture retailers and the discount stores and supermarket outlets. Nice place to take a few minutes out Grab a drink and take a break.

Friendly service, excellent flat white - nice and hot which is just what I wanted; always a disappointment if your coffee is served lukewarm. Was nice and quiet, pleasant surroundings and a good selection of food and snacks. All round a good coffee shop.

excellent place for a coffee and a relax.now located on George Street instead of The Grafton Dome.good coffee and a friendly service.location is very close to the shop and the bus and tram interchange.i would definitely recommend it to anyone who likes coffee.i haven't tried the food yet unfortunately.

Nice atmosphere and great coffee. A good selection of sandwiches and desserts. I tried soup of the day (Thai chicken and noodles) and it tasted great!

I've recently been to this Nero and when I arrived the service was perfect and the workers were very polite, it was nice to see such a happy team. The drink I ordered was super tasty and the store was spotless! I'll be coming back here again as my new coffee hot spot, thank you to the girls that were working for making such a nice atmosphere. :)

This is my only choice for coffee in Sale. Coffee is consistently excellent, staff are always very friendly and helpful, seats are extremely comfortable. The free The Cloud WiFi is consistently excellent & rarely goes down. Much better than Costa's variable Wi-Fi connection, for example. First rate coffee shop.

Nice place to relax in Sale town centre, close to small shops and Tecso supermarket is just short walk away. One of the more spacious Neros I have been.
