First visit last night and will definitely be back . The food was devine . My husband said the paella was the nicest paella he had ever had and the ones in Spain that he has all the time paled in comparison . The lamb shank and the mash was sublime. Our friends loved their meals to. Desserts delicious. Really nice ambiance, felt like we were on holiday. Staff were really nice .

A lovely place , a very clean and warm atmosphere, staff are very friendly and helpful . Food and drink choices are great we had a vegetarian breakfast today which tasted delicious and presented beautifully, fast service will definitely visit again.

Had the paella to start, very good, kept the oil from the chorizo under control. Beef Bourguinon was superb, would have loved some bread to mop the last of the liquor up. Had orange polenta for desert, very good. Really enjoyed the meal, if I was forced to find a fault I would have like the drinks service to be quicker but that's me being fussy. We really enjoyed our meal and would happily go back.

Thank you to the staff for the warm welcome and relaxing atmosphere. It was a great spot for stopping to catch up with myself, wait for a bus and charge the phone. The Hot Chocolate can solve any problems. Thank you for the decent size, convenient mug, brilliant taste that uplifts any mood. The sitting area was great and tidy.

Wow, what a place. Blown away every time by how attentive the staff are, especially Paula and George who made me feel very welcome. The drinks are okay, but the stand out feature of this starbucks is definitely the best staff in the world!

Had a meeting here with some friends, when our original venue was unfortunately closed. Great coffee,very relaxed and comfortable, immaculately kept.

Lovely experience at Russell’s my friend and I go for breakfast every Monday and we love it everything is spot on the staff so friendly and efficient they work very hard and keep it nice and clean. Prices are very reasonable food excellent and always a good choice and never kept waiting I can’t fault it at all.

Visited first time since the reopening and they have done so well with the decor and the arrangement of the cafe! Modern twist on their original look! Enjoyed breakfast with my husband definitely be back again!

Was Delicious if you go to the front and ask there is a gluten free menu I had a delicious gluten free Tuna Sandwich and salad but they do toasties and breakfast. The Milkshakes are divine. Very welcoming atmosphere.
