TOP 3 BETTYS CAFÉ TEA ROOMS REVIEWS

What a lovely experience having lunch at Betty’s Tea Rooms! We did have to queue but only for about 15 minutes during which time we were greeted and given a menu to look through and made our choices before we sat down! The staff were all lovely and all looked incredibly smart in their uniforms. The main courses were delicious, when plates are empty says it all! The only tiny thing, not to our taste, was the sponge in the trifle, was very dry but otherwise ok. Definitely a very pleasant experience, not the cheapest, but a very special lunch so thank you Betty’s Tea Rooms and a special thank you to our waitress!

Perfect place for a spot of afternoon tea or just a cuppa and some cake. We only had to queue for around 5 mins and were given menus to look at. We were served quickly and food arrived shortly after. There was a large array of cakes and sweet treats available. The strawberry cheesecake was delicious as was the raspberry macaroon (very filling). We were served some very tasty breakfast tea and I ordered an ice coffee which was lovely on the hot day. If you want to do the full afternoon tea I would recommend booking as it gets very busy at times. We can’t wait to come back and try some more.

On a recent visit to Bettys Cafe and Tea Room in Harrogate, I was completely charmed. From the moment I walked in, the warm atmosphere and gentle buzz of conversation made me feel right at home. The staff were lovely and guided my wife and I to a cozy corner overlooking the memorial. We had a cheese scone and a fruit tart to share and for drinks we had a hot chocolate and a latte. The scone was heavenly and the tart was fresh and tasty, it looked almost too good to eat. The whole experience was lovely. This visit tells me why Bettys is such a beloved spot, offering elegance with a touch of nostalgic charm.

What a gorgeous restaurant with friendly staff. Beautifully decorated inside with balloons and flowers. We visited for afternoon tea but there's a separate menu with other choices. Food was fresh and tasted good. Couldn't eat it all but that's no problem they gave us little takeaway boxes. And I loved the deserts. Who doesn't like sparkly strawberries . I much preferred this over Betty's. Great atmosphere, would highly recommend you try this out. I'll definitely be back again. My daughter would love it here. Something special for a birthday with a group of friends.

We had an amazing time having afternoon tea today! We were warmly welcomed upon arrival and showed us to our tables. We loved the ambience and the cuteness of the tearoom! There were plenty of choice if you didn’t want afternoon tea, plus they had vegan and gluten free options too. Our afternoon tea arrived quite quickly and the presentation was beautiful and inviting! We savoured every mouthful and enjoyed someone’s work in the preparation! We also went to the cake counter afterwards and purchased 6 cupcakes to take home! Will definitely return again soon!!

Went here for my mum and dad's 50th wedding and anniversary wow what a treat a amazing selection selection of sandwiches and cakes.All freshly prepared and beautifully presented.The tea room is beautiful and the staff were very attentive all in all a fantastic experience can't wait to visit again.

Coopers made my daughter's christening cake. The customer service was brilliant from the very beginning - I was able to use the online chat function on their website to ask a few questions about the cake before ordering. The cake itself was absolutely delicious and looked great too (we added our own topper). Collection was very straightforward the day before the christening. I have since recommended Coopers to a friend for her wedding cake and will continue to recommend in the future!

Sam made such beautiful cakes for my sister’s baby shower. She accommodated the 3 different flavours I requested and even replicated the design I had seen seen sent to her. My sister was really pleased and they tasted great too! Will definitely be ordering again and recommending to others for all future events!

Sam made me a tennis themed birthday cake for my dad's 70th and the cake exceeded all expectations! It was perfect - so well made and tasted even better! This was my first order and communication was brill throughout, I'll definitely be ordering again. Thank you xx.
