First visit to The Ivy and what really stood out was the exceptional service. From the welcome at the desk to being accompanied to our table through to taking our order and serving food and drinks the service was faultless. Every member of staff smiled, caught your eye and was very welcoming which made the evening very enjoyable. Food great, love the decor and the garden at the back is a lovely addition. A lot of businesses could learn from a visit here.

We had dinner on a Monday evening and the Ivy was very busy. Service was excellent and the food was sublime. We were pleasantly surprised that the prices were not outrageous and the value of the entire experience was extremely good. Well worth a visit for your next big occasion.

Very very good! Love the breakfast, the coffee n cream and the berry smoothie! Staff are A1 all stars - even forgot my reading glasses and when I went back an hour or so later they presented to me and remembered us! Perfect!

A celebratory meal for our Wedding anniversary. We could not have been more pleased with the amazing service and exceptional food .The staff were attentive and the food mouthwatering. This place is worth all of the praise bestowed and glad we made the effort to travel and book . Scallops melt in your mouth , trio of pork , a blend of perfectly matched flavours & steak medallions that I stole a taste of.

Excellent value for money. Fish cakes with poached egg, delicious. Chicken with mashed potato and wholegrain mustard, delicious, strawberry ice-cream is amazing. A great night out.

We went for lunch and no one else came for an hour so the atmosphere was thin but the food was wonderful and we shall go again. Been again. Lovely food and much busier. To.

We had our wedding breakfast at W&V. Booked the private dining room for 24 people and it was absolutely perfect. Rosie was professional and incredibly helpful in the preparations, including adjusting the menu to give us more vegetarian and vegan options. On the day, the room looked absolutely stunning, the food was utterly delicious and the service was perfect. We really cannot recommend highly enough!

We had a lovely early evening meal here. Good range and selection of choice on the menu.., plus a specials board. Nice cozy feel to the place. A good atmosphere, with bustling bar area. Good ingredients used. Good cooking with a nice light touch on the seasoning. Friendly attentive service. A great experience.

Absolutely beautiful food! After a bit of a mix up and some confusion we got the best roast dinner I’ve ever had. The staff were very kind and apologetic, would 100% recommend and would return for Sunday lunch again to try the roast potatoes! 5*!
