Steph is the heart of the business, the chief baker, cake decorator, admin, cleaner, and delivery driver all in one. She studied Bakery for two years at the City of Glasgow College, and after graduating, gained hands-on experience working in high-volume bakeries and bespoke cake shops. In 2018, Steph launched Cherry Blossom Cake Design from her home. As the business quickly grew, she opened her first shop in Bathgate in 2019, following a full renovation from top to bottom. Steph specialises in creating bespoke fondant wedding cakes and handcrafted sugar flowers. I contacted Almond Valley for a cupcake order and got an instant reply! She was so helpful and explained my options for which cupcakes I could chose from and pricing for everything. I needed the cupcakes relatively last minute but she couldn't have been more accommodating and was even able to help with delivering! There's a range of really beautiful, creative and detailed options that all look delicious! I would recommend Almond Valley to anyone and I will definitely be a return customer!

I have ordered several birthday cakes from Nikki over the years for my son and husband. They have always been absolutely fantastic, both in the way they looked and tasted! We can't thank the Truly Scrumptious team enough. From the lovely cake tasting to designing the cake and then to the end result was second to none. We chose a different flavour for each tier which meant our guests had a choice. The cake was beautifully made to match our colours and tasted amazing! Hello, just to say that the cake and the service from "Truly Scrumptious" is always excellent. My daughter loved her Trolls cake today and although there was an error with the date of collection the stuff of Truly Scrumptious was able to deliver timely with excellent quality once again. I am never disappointed.

Absolutely delighted with my daughters 21st birthday cake. Truly scrumptious made a formula one - car cake it was amazing! It not only looked good the baking quality and taste was outstanding! I have used this company before and will again. I highly recommend truly scrumptious!

Steph made us feel very welcome from our first meeting to our final meeting. Our cake was everything and more than we expected. It tasted amazing, our flavours were Coconut & Raspberry, Blackberry & Lime and Champagne & Strawberry x

Two weeks on and I am still in awe of how amazing this woman is. If I was to do it all again I wouldn’t even look elsewhere it would be straight here. Everyone at the wedding thought the flowers on the cake were real……… Says enough with in itself, she made my dreams come true and I will never be able to thank her enough.

Steph was amazing. Our cake was absolutely perfect for us. It looked beautiful and tastes even better. The attention to detail is fantastic and we appreciate how much work went into this. I would strongly recommend her to anyone.
