Visited due to slight damage to the splash guard on my Audi A5. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and within minutes an estimator came out to assess the damage. I received a phone call within the hour giving a quote and agreed immediately as it was very competitive. A date was agreed for repair. On the day of the repair I arrived as they opened and said I would need to wait. I was offered tea or coffee by the excellent receptionist. I was kept informed about progress and told the job would not take long. True to their word it was completed quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend arc fylde coast repair centre.

I took my car to Fylde Coast ARC where they inspected it thoroughly before submitting an estimate to the insurance company. I was then told to leave my car at a local car hire company where it was collected, repaired and delivered back in the time given. An excellent job from start to finish and they kept me informed on the progress.

I am very pleased with the service and helpfulness at Fylde Coast Accident Repair Centre. They informed me every step of the way on process with my repairs. And I am so pleased with the work they have done on my vehicle.

We used Bodytech through a recommendation from a friend and we were not disappointed. Steve gave us an accurate estimate on the same day we had the mishap, left the courtesy car with us and returned the vehicle within two days. He even did some extra work and included it in the original quote. We wouldn't take a chance and go anywhere else now, very satisfied!.

We've has a few minor scuffs and bumps over the years and after the last episode we had with our last repairer over colour mismatches we decided to try another bodyshop. Very pleased with the repair, we just couldn't tell it had ever need damged. The overall level of service was second to none.

Excellent and polite service, level of workmanship is extremely high.

Had a really great experience with this team! They replaced and painted the front bumper on my Volvo and also sorted out the headlight — everything looks spot on now. Super quick job, very tidy, and honestly better than I expected. Big thanks to Rob, Emily and Eve — really friendly people, easy to talk to, and they got everything done with no hassle. It’s not often you find a garage that works this well and actually cares. Definitely recommend them!

Had the misfortune of someone running into the rear of our car. Called in smart Express and the Owners looked over our car and took charge of all the repairs arranged a hire car we had nothing to do. On completion we collected our car . It looked fantastic absolutely perfect. Thanks to all concerned for handling our claim. Highly recommend Many thanks.

Both our car doors were damaged and we was getting ridiculous quotes. Went to smart express had a very reasonable quote and courtesy car included. Done a amazing job. Would highly recommend. Great service . Definitely be back if need any more work doing.
