We had our security system fitted by Tom a few days ago and we're blown away with the service he provides. Extremely professional and polite, not only very fast, but thorough too. He also explained the system and talked us through it so that even we (idiots) knew what we were doing. Thank you Tom!

Just had a new alarm system installed. Tom is a very approachable and professional person. He explained everything he did and how system works. Extremely happy with the new alarm. I would very highly recommend tomtec for anyone looking for a new alarm system. Very good company to do business with.

MD SECURITY REVIEWS

Phoned MD Security on Friday and left a message regarding a fault on my home alarm. They rang back within an hour, and I explained the Alarm was originally fitted when the house was built and was 24 years old, and was showing a Tamper fault and we were unable to set it when leaving the house. They said they could come and take a look and try to sort it on the following Monday morning. Two engineers arrived at 9:30 and cured the problem in just over an hour!! It transpired that the original installer, who i had contacted a week earlier for advice and had serviced the alarm until a few years ago and was only interested in selling me a brand new system for between £650 - £850, had set it to fault after 800 uses. MD Security engineers removed this facility whilst curing the fault and getting the Alarm up and running again. Thanks MD Security great service, at an extremely reasonable cost and highly recommended, will be my first call should any further problems arise !!

Very impressed. Mike helped me to have faith in our alarm system again and certainly knew his stuff. Seemed honest and reliable and I think that I've found a security company we can depend upon now. Hopefully they'll be in touch soon for the extra work that they identified and no doubt that will go ok as well.

Mike arrived within the one-hour time slot and quickly sorted the problem. Thank you very much!

Lovely personal experience. I felt very comfortable with Simon in my home. His advice and service was outstanding. Highly recommended.

After just moving into our new house we contacted Gardiner Alarms, to come and get the alarm working. They replaced the outside bell and a battery, showed us how to work the alarm and kindly forwarded the user instructions by email. I would thoroughly recommend the services of this company.
