Sonia has been fantastic! She has been very understanding about my Nana's needs and requirements when being discharged from hospital. The staff at Gelnroyd were all very friendly and couldn't do enough for my Nana to make her feel welcome and comfortable. The staff went through and explained fully the induction process, funding, and discharge to ensure we understood what/how things happened & at what times. I would highly recommend the Genroyd Nursing home to others.

My 86 year old mum recently stayed for a week of respite. All of the staff were wonderful with her & she made many friends. There is a happy all-inclusive feel to the home. Communication was fabulous organising the stay thanks to Sally.
