Phoned this morning to ask about my car driver door that wasn't sitting quite flush. Lovely receptionist said that Robert would be available to have a look. I turned up that afternoon and Robert came out and without hesitation adjusted the strike plate and managed somehow to untwist the door. Done with professionalism and courtesy. Wouldn't take a penny and wished me a great day. The service I received was exemplary and this company have to be applauded greatly.
