Brownings had been recommended to me for additional engraving to a headstone. Gary drew a template which brought together 2 previous styles ( I hadn't noticed) with the new engraving. The final outcome was better than I expected and completed ahead of an anniversary when the family lay flowers at the cemetery. Eric kept me informed about the progress of the work throughout so I could keep the family informed. I would not hesitate to recommend Brownings to anyone - if you don't want to feel like "just another customer", this is the firm for you. Thank you to everyone. Anne and family.

I can’t thank you all enough for the empathy you have displayed towards my family during this difficult time. Your kindness and consideration has made the process we have had to go through so much easier. My fathers funeral yesterday was perfect, it was a wonderful day thanks to you all.
