Been a regular customer for a few years and great service every time. I liked receiving a verbal summary of some recently completed work and what everything meant. I was advised appropriately around vehicle servicing and the need to not go for the full version and therefore pay more; staff took my needs into account. I can always rely on Southgate Garage to help out when needed.

Always helpful , service by all staff is amazing you can ask questions and they will always explain in a way that being a women with not much knowledge they treat you with respect I've been using this garage for near enough 10 years and never have any cause too complain with repairs or the fitters I can rely that my car is well looked after and repairs to be done I always get a phone call first before they go ahead.

Excellent, trustworthy service from Southgate garage. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Friendly staff will be my future garage!!! After getting shoddy service from another local garage with a faulty part worn, I decided to buy on black circles. They gave me a choice of garages, 2 of which was ATS, and from reviews I do not trust them. I chose Town Garage, and looked online, yes it’s not a state of the art garage with no oil on the floor, the lady who answered the phone could not do enough, talked me through the best tyres, my mileage and driving conditions. After arriving, they all greeted me with a smile. I got an alignment, and was so impressed with their professionalism and the amount of quality cars they were working on, I called back and asked them to do a full oil change as I trusted them. My Black Ford Focus now drives and sounds like a petrol. Quite, drives smooth and straight, and they did not attempt to upsell anything. Great job guys, my new garage. I usually take my car to a friend in Cardiff, but it’s very hard to me to get to and pick up, this will be my garage of choice as its very local to me. Keep up the good work guys.

I had a clutch cable fail and the RAC towed me to town garage . this was in may 2020 the service was that good , I have used them as my go to garage from then on. good prices and great service all done with a smile ! thanks again all.

My car was recovered to them overnight, they got me back on the road next day. Can't fault them. Thanks Town Garage.
