Brilliant service, quickly sorting out my phone that wouldn’t charge (when I desperately needed access to e-tickets). Also great advice on taking care of my phone. Two other companies quoted higher prices £89/£50 more. And Tech medics refused extra payment to show my appreciation! So I’ll definitely come back when I have problems with any other devices.

We have now used Tech Medics several times in the past couple of months for repairs and new parts for our daughter's iphone. Laurence gives clear and detailed advice and his prices are clearly reasonable. The repairs have been done quickly and thoroughly. We have been happy with the service and are pleased to recommend Tech Medics.

Very helpful and efficient service in fixing the battery on my phone. Honest advice on whether it was worth fixing competitive price too. 40min to replace battery and easy to deal with. Thank you Laurence.
