Trust really does matter and this family run business’ namesake says it all. Jackie and her team take all the stresses away of organising a funeral. They are not only efficient and professional but warm and caring to all their clients catering round their needs and the funeral they desire for their loved ones. Their kindness and sensitivity is second to none. Jackie not only organises everything but turns up on the day to make sure everything runs smoothly. We have used them for both my father and mother’s funeral and both days would have made them so proud to have had such a wonderful send off. They don’t just deal with the funeral but with probate and trusts amongst other family matters such as inheritance tax etc. We have been using them for years now. I’m only allowed to write a five star review but for us I would rate them much higher. This is a company that really cares and I can’t rate them enough.

From the initial phone call waking Jackie up at 3am, her quick response and the care of my father was exemplary. They walked my family and I through the whole process and nothing was too much bother to them. They cared for us all thoroughly and made the funeral a beautiful and stress free occasion. I highly recommend Trust Matters Family Funeral Services.

Jackie and the team were very kind and helpful throughout the entire difficult process. Always very responsive on phone and email. A lot of the stress was taken away by Jackie and she accommodated what we wanted. Thank you very much for all you did at such a sad time for us.

I can't thank Sam and Darren enough for the respect and dignity shown to my late Father. Sam guided me through this whole process from beginning to end with the upmost support. She made a very difficult situation so much easier to navigate. To all the Phillips staff Thankyou so much from myself and my family.

Highly recommended. We had no clue where to start with my father in laws funeral and had the added complication of us living abroad while we planned it. Darren and the team organised everything beautifully with great guidance and support. We felt so reassured throughout the whole process.

Darren and his team were so professional and caring during such a difficult time for our family. The attention to detail was superb and with Darren’s help everything went to plan.

Nothing was too much trouble. We felt that we were totally supported throughout. Dad would have been so pleased with his funeral. Everyone involved were amazing and so professional and we felt very supported by all and fully informed at each step.

Everything was dealt with respectfully. Our options were clear so we knew exactly what we were getting and the invoice was comprehensive. It was good value, not extras were forced upon us that we didn't want or need. Simple but classy.

The lady who helped with the arrangements I think her name was Donna at St Albans branch. She was fabulous very understanding and caring.
