St Albans Cathedral is a remarkable gem that exudes centuries of history and architectural splendor. Stepping into this sacred space, I was immediately struck by the grandeur of its towering walls and intricate details. The peaceful ambiance enveloped me as I marveled at the stunning stained glass windows that bathed the interior in a kaleidoscope of colors. The serene beauty of the cathedral provided a moment of respite from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, allowing me to reflect and find solace in its sacred surroundings. St Albans Cathedral is not just a place of worship, but a sanctuary of peace and inspiration that leaves a lasting impression on all who visit.

St. Albans is a beautiful cathedral with long history, that is worth a 20-30 minute wander through. There are informative signs throughout showing key highlights of the cathedral, such as the medieval mosaics, doors, and ceilings, as well as a timeline of key events just before the entrance. It is free to visit, though donations are appreciated. Facility-wise, they have a very nice cafe, clean toilets, and a gift shop.

Beautiful exterior and interior. Free to go inside. There is a cafe, toilets and a shop inside. Lovely place St Alban's, first time visiting but will definitely visit again. We parked close to the cathedral so it was easy to get around. The high street is few mins away from the car park and has lots of shops, churches and there is a museum but didn't get time to visit. The clock tower had works going on.

Such a wonderful place of worship. God is great and has been doing a fantastic work ar this church . People are friendly and very welcoming . I love the worship and hospitality. I truly feel the presence of God in this place.

Brilliantly well organised church. Spirit filled. Amazing worship, prayerful team. Fantastic for all ages children. Quiet areas with TV. I would make it my church if I lived nearer.

Amazing and beautiful Church and Church grounds. Everything about this Church is wonderful, pretty and peaceful. Wonderful place to pray or to visit for a trip. The grounds are well kept and looked after and the inside is stunning, pure beautiful Church. It is open i think most days so you really should pay this place a visit as you won't be disappointed. The Grounds have many old graves and there is also a garden of hope which looks beautiful also. Some lovely big old tress in here that look large and lovely.

Take the time to enter and just sit. Keep quiet and soak up this beautiful and peaceful place in an otherwise busy world. They host occasional free lunchtime concerts of a very high standard too. I always leave here a calmer soul than when I entered.

Beautiful historical site. you can have the tour, surrounded by greenery where one can enjoy the afternoon picnic or quiet time alone. Allow yourself enough time to walk around the grounds.
