When my daughter's MacBook screen broke while on vacation, we knew we would be visiting St Albans along the way, so I searched the internet for a repair shop. I found Netizens and Rob (and the already great reviews) from google and emailed about a repair. Over the course of the week leading up to our trip to St Albans, Rob and I emailed a few times. He got the details of the MacBook, pre-ordered the screen so it would arrive at the same time we did, and he could fix it in a timely fashion. We took the computer in on Saturday morning and he had the screen replaced in a couple of hours. Rob was very communicative over email, and ensured we got the MacBook fixed as quickly as possible. THANK YOU for the great service!

Great service. I accidently wiped over my 2TB hard drive that had a decade of personal data held on it. They managed to recover all the files and folders thankfully. I wasn't in a rush so it took about 2 days I think in total from drop-off to being available for collection. Definitely would use again.

Old laptop totally broke down. Only wanted for old games so didn’t want to buy a new one. Repaired for £85 within a week (replacement motherboard). Easy to drop off and then receive phone call with diagnosis prior to work so no unexpected fees. Very happy.
